OK I guess I should tell you what I did today to start my 200 day journey.  This morning I ran 3 miles.  Now it took me 44 mins.  So not a very fast 3 miles, but hey it WAS a 44 min workout.  That should count for something.  Then tonight after dinner I went on a 45 min heart pumping bike ride.  Yep.  I feel good.  :)
